Fulfillment for issue two is nearly complete. All that's left are those of you that ordered signed copies, and a few of you that reached out because your books got banged up in the mail. I'm replacing those in the next few days.

Issue Two is in my shipping center (aka a storage unit in Brooklyn) and I'm packing them up for you right now.
I promised my Canadian partner that I would ship the Canadian books first. So get ready to enjoy some CloakRoom with your Canadian Bacon (it's just ham, guys) and your maple syrup gazpachos (I don't know that much about Canadians).
Also please check out issue 3, which is live on Kickstarter now and needs some love!
It's a holiday issue, and we need to get it funded if we want to keep this train rolling!

Hello supporters!
Thanks for your patience with us on CloakRoom Issue 2 delivery. I wanted to let you know what's going on, and what we plan to do next. You may have heard about the big hurricanes that hammered the west coast of Florida, and then a large swath of the south east of the United States. Well, our printer happens to be located on the west coast of Florida. They're called Comic Impressions. I got the chance to actually visit their operation a few months ago and wrote about it here, if you're interested:
All things considered, they got through the storm relatively unscathed. No injuries, no one missing, and just a little flooding. They were, however, hit with electrical problems after the storm and had no power for a few days. As a result, they're a little behind. The current status is: your books have been printed! They need only to bundle them and send them to us so we can send them off to you.
We here at Thorny Comics / The Cloakroom knew that these storms were coming and had the option to switch printers for a few issues, but felt it was important to stick with the printing team that helped guide us through these first two issues and a number of our other projects rather than pull business from them right after a natural disaster. Hope you understand, and hope you're excited to get your books in about 2-3 weeks!
And this brings us to our third issue - the HOLIDAY ISSUE! Though we have not delivered issue 2 yet, we're going to launch our third issue in the next day or so, because it's a holiday issue and we want to ship it to you before the holidays are over. The comics are all at or over the finish line, and we plan to assemble the book and place the order long before the campaign ends to ensure we can ship to you in December.
